In my junior year of college, I had the opportunity to develop an integrated marketing campaign for the organization REFI. This project allowed me to explore innovative strategies and creative solutions to effectively promote REFI's mission and values. By combining various marketing channels, we aimed to enhance brand awareness and engage our target audience in meaningful ways. The experience not only honed my skills in marketing but also deepened my understanding of the importance of cohesive messaging across platforms.


Rainey-Shepard Business Competition
I am excited to share my experience competing in the COB 300 Business Plan Competition with our innovative twist to the surfing market. Our project focused on transforming plastic waste from the ocean into sustainable surfboards, showcasing the potential for environmental impact and economic viability. I am proud to announce that our team, Waste2Wave, placed 3rd in the competition, a testament to our hard work and dedication. This achievement has further fueled my passion for entrepreneurship and sustainability.
Content Marketing Simternship
During my in-class simternship for content marketing, I had the opportunity to dive deep into various aspects of the field. I analyzed target personas to better understand our audience, which informed my content planning process. Throughout the simternship this far, I created engaging blogs, podcasts, and videos, while also managing a content budget to ensure effective resource allocation. Additionally, I assessed my peers' work and provided constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative learning environment that enhanced our overall project outcomes.

Professional Selling Simternship
During my class simternship for professional selling, I successfully developed weekly schedules aimed at optimizing sales performance. This involved analyzing team availability and aligning tasks to enhance productivity. Additionally, I created engaging email and phone pitches, utilizing video to effectively communicate our value proposition. This experience not only honed my organizational skills but also improved my ability to connect with clients in a dynamic and compelling way.
