Bad Movies Are The Best

Everyone loves an objectively good movie. The ones that have phenomenal casting and scripts. But that's not what we're here to talk about today. We're here to uncover the best bad movies of all time. Arguably, a good bad movie can be better than a good good movie. (If you don't take it too seriously) Most of these opinions come from the commentary about the movie while you watch It Instead of the film Itself. Talking through a bad movie is what can bump a 3/10 film to a solid 9. Honestly that opinion in itself probably warrants its own blog post, however, today I'm here to give the people what they want (Or what I've decided they wanted) And that is a list of my favorite bad movies.

I will warn you now, if you're someone who likes to watch a more serious film, this list might not be for you.

1. Movie43

   Now if you've heard anything about this movie you're probably well aware that theres almost a consensus over how bad this movie Is. With a rating of 5% on Rotten Tomatoes you'd probably completely overlook it when picking something to watch for movie night. This would be a grave mistake. This movie is so fast paced and entertaining from start to finish. Its essentially a collection of a million short bad movie ideas combined into one, which is something a little different than most movies I've seen.. Is it the best movie of all time? No. But it's 100% one of the best BAD movies of all time, and arguably one of the best on this list.

2. The Kissing Booth

   If you've heard of, or SEEN this movie, I can already hear the keyboard clacking to state your upset with this making the list. But please hear me out. This movie is so horrible it becomes funny. From the acting to the writing, nothing about this movie is anywhere close to Oscar worthy. However, with such a subpar plot comes ample room for making it to the best bad movie list.

3. Ginny and Georgia

   While not a movie, this show has enough bad writing for it to wriggle its way onto this list. Honestly one of the best watches on here purely for the fact that it's so absurd. Georgia is honestly not a bad character (Or that may just be in comparison to the others) but Ginny is one of the most hate-able characters ever conceived. I think I could write a five page essay on why she's a horrible person if you asked me to, and THAT is why the show makes this list. While Ginny does steal the worst-part-of-the-show award, don't you worry, the writing in this is so atrocious, there's plenty to keep you entertained. One thing's for certain, there's no way to guess what the characters will say or do next.

4. After

   This movie is on the same plane as the previous two. The two main characters are arguably some of the worst people to ever be portrayed. But I think thats part of this movie's appeal. If you've ever wanted to watch a romance movie but the love interests DEFINITELY shouldn't be together, look no further. The entirety of the film, I felt myself rooting for them to break up. Nothing points to this being a happy relationship. And to make things even better, if you love the first one, theres plenty of sequels to watch when you're done!

5. Game Over, Man!

   I actually haven't seen this movie in years, but from what I remember, a phenomenal watch all around. The plot is just crazy enough to hold your attention and there's plenty to talk about throughout the film. Also 10/10 soundtrack if that matters.
